Services Provided

FundTek Capital Group LLC is a direct business lender offering various financing products including working capital loans, equipment financing, invoice factoring, revenue-based financing, and short-term business loans. All funding decisions are made at our sole discretion based on our underwriting criteria.

Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or funding. We reserve the right to decline any application for any reason.

Application Process

When you submit a funding application, you authorize FundTek Capital Group LLC to:

Verify the information you provide through third-party sources
Obtain credit reports and financial information about you and your business
Contact references and financial institutions you provide
Share your information with lending partners or investors as necessary

Fees and Costs

All fees, interest rates, and payment terms will be clearly disclosed in your funding agreement. You are responsible for:

All payments according to the agreed schedule
Late fees if payments are not made on time
Any third-party costs associated with securing or servicing your loan

SMS Terms & Conditions

If you opt in to receive SMS text messages from FundTek Capital Group LLC, you agree to the following terms:

Consent: By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive text messages from FundTek Capital Group LLC using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS). Messages may include account notifications, funding updates, payment reminders, and promotional offers.

Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on your account activity and our communications. We may send multiple messages per week during active funding periods.

Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive one final confirmation message after opting out.
